1. Services Offered
Admission Abroad provides study abroad consultancy services including, but not limited to:
- University and course shortlisting
- Statement of Purpose (SOP), CV, and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) guidance
- Visa documentation support and mock visa interview preparation
- Scholarship and financial aid guidance
- Accommodation assistance
- Pre-departure briefing
Our services are advisory in nature. While we strive to ensure the best outcomes for every student, Admission Abroad does not guarantee admission to any university or issuance of a visa, as these decisions rest solely with the respective institutions and government authorities.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Admission Abroad, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the counselling and application process
- Submit all required documents within the timelines specified by us or your chosen university
- Adhere to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of engagement
- Inform us promptly of any changes in your academic, financial, or personal circumstances that may affect your application
3. Fees & Payments
- Service fees are communicated clearly at the time of consultation and engagement
- Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement
- Admission Abroad reserves the right to revise service fees with prior notice
- Any third-party fees such as university application fees, visa fees, or courier charges are the sole responsibility of the client
4. Confidentiality
All information shared by clients with Admission Abroad will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. We do not share your personal or academic information with any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of processing your application with partner universities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and course information, is the intellectual property of Admission Abroad and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Admission Abroad shall not be held liable for:
- Rejection of university applications or visa applications by institutions or government authorities
- Any loss, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including changes in university admission policies or immigration regulations
- Any inaccuracies in information provided by third-party sources, including university websites or government portals
Our total liability to any client, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the service fees paid by that client to Admission Abroad.
7. Termination of Services
Admission Abroad reserves the right to terminate its services to any client who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Engages in abusive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct towards our staff
- Fails to meet agreed payment obligations without prior communication
In such cases, fees paid may be forfeited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to Terms
Admission Abroad reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
